We believe in the power of women’s stories. This two day event will feature all women from the customer experience world sharing their stories of building a business, working in largely male-dominated fields, focusing on self-care, learning how to develop strengths, bouncing back from failures and heartbreak, and ridding ourselves of imposter syndrome.
Whether building a business, raising a family, or navigating a career industry that’s deeply emotionally draining, women have unique experiences and wisdom to share. True leadership and growth come when we share that wisdom with other women who need support and encouragement.
To keep this event intimate and allow for maximum networking, we’re limiting physical seats to just 100 women-identifying attendees.
Our flagship event started as a platform of peer-to-peer learning for those working in customer experience. Our first event was in 2012 in San Francisco, and since then we’ve produced over 40 events all over the world and showcased over 300 speakers on stage from companies like Google, Atlassian, Slack, Zendesk, as well as smaller software companies and universities.
We believe that everyone has a story to tell that can encourage or lead someone in the world. We’re dedicated to telling stories that will resonate with women no matter where they are in their career journey.
We’ve found that people learn best from people who are a reflection of their own lives. We focus on bringing peer leaders to the stage to empower and encourage in an accessible way and do not hire professional speakers or celebrities.
Most of our attendees are Customer Support Managers, Directors of CX, Heads of Support, Customer Advocates, and even QA and Documentation Specialists. You’ll be in good company all weekend!
Elevate events have traditionally featured 60% female speakers, and at ElevateWomen we’ll be making that 100%! All our speakers will be coached to speak on stage, even if they’ve never done it before.

Doors open at 9am for coffee and chatter. Talks kick off at 10am and run until 4pm. A full buffet lunch will be served, and expect to join us for a social happy hour from 4:00-7pm.
After morning yoga, meditation, or discussion, join us for brunch from 9-11am. You’ll have time to catch up on work, mingle with attendees, or chat with some of our speakers about their talks. Talks run 11am-3pm and a fun wrap party will be held immediately following talks.
Our vibrant community of CX leaders come together in Slack to discuss industry trends, get help and advice, share resources, and post job listings. (We also have channels to talk about books and TV, if you're looking for some distraction!) While our sponsor partners are also present in these discussions, we promise you'll never be sold to or have your info used without your ok.
What talks are on the agenda? What will I learn? We are diligently working on curating talks from women #CX leaders who will be covering a mix of topics, including people management, career growth, personal growth, authentic self-care, and conflict mediation.
Early bird ticket sales end on January 31, 2024. Prices will increase to $300 on February 1, 2024.
